Croxley Green Boundary Walk

Croxley Green is a village in south-western Hertfordshire – a contented place, and though part of ‘Metro-land‘ it is a distinct and distinctive village, self-reliant and still separated by its own green belt from the towns each side.  The main feature and asset of the village is the Green, but there is a great deal more to be seen around the outskirts, beyond the long rows of commuter houses.

Around  the bounds of the parish, the Residents Association has devised the  Croxley Green Parish Boundary Walk; a circular walk of 6½miles.  The route is prominently waymarked, leading the walker by farmland, canal, woods, riverside meadows and of course the Green.  It is, all in all, a very pleasant walk.
