Location: 85° 38' 19" S 68° 42' 27" W
rising to 1695m SW of Patuxent Ice Stream, forming S-most main rock feature in BAT, and comprising from N to S Lulow Rock, Damschroder Rock and Horton Ledge, was surveyed from the ground by the United States Geological Survey, 1961-62, and photographed from the air by the United States Navy in 1964; named after William Thomas Pecora (1913-72), Director, the United States Geological Survey, 1965-71, who pioneered the use of satellite imagery for mapping.
