rising to c. 1050m in Neptune Range, Pensacola Mountains, was photographed from the air by the United States Navy in 1964 and surveyed from the ground on the United States Geological Survey Pensacola Mountains Project, 1965-66; named after William R. Kinsella, the United States Navy, aviation electronics technician, 'Ellsworth Station', winter 1958.
