Location: 63° 18' 58" S 56° 27' 58" W
between Madder Cliffs and Cape Kinnes, Joinville Island, was called by the Argentine Antarctic Expedition, 1951-52, Bahía Suspiros [=bay of sighs] in reference to the difficulty of anchoring in the cove; surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from 'Hope Bay', 1953-54, and named Kinnes Cove, in association with the cape.
