Location: 62° 18' 18" S 59° 14' 24" W
W point of Nelson Island and W entrance point of Harmony Cove, was roughly charted by the nineteenth-century sealers; called Cape Huntress after the American schooner Huntress (Huntress Glacier, q.v.); recharted by Discovery Investigations in 1934-35 and named Harmony Point in association with the cove. The point was designated SSSI No. 14 under the Antarctic Treaty.
