flowing NW into Bowman Inlet, Bowman Coast, was photographed from the air by the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition, 22 December 1947; roughly surveyed from the ground by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from 'Stonington Island' in December 1958; in association with the names of Greek gods in this area, named after Cronus, the god of agriculture; photographed from the air by the United States Navy, 1966-69.
