The Range of the Awful Hand in Kirkcudbrightshire and Ayrshire

WildþingUK is a website about getting out of the house and into the wild.  We might actually add some content at some point, when we get home.

Current projects:

The Lancashire Border Walk, launched 27 November 2017 by the Friends of Real Lancashire and hosted here and currently being walked for the fist time. See our thoughts on the “Reet Gradely Red Rose Ring“.

Reopening the Middlesex Greenway.  Rupert Barnes walked the whole of the 45-mile Middlesex Greenway from Staines to the Hertfordshire border north of Enfield Lock over the weekends of 21/22 October and 28/29 October 2017 (see blog reports).  The next task is to seek more recognition for the Middlesex Greenway as an established regional route, and possible waymarking.
